Description
HawkEye 360 is seeking a Maritime Analyst Trainer to join the Intelligence Engineering team. This hands-on role will support the Intelligence Engineering and Product & Tech organizations by applying our data and developing new MDA capabilities to solve customer intelligence problems. This position reports to the Lead MDA Analyst.HawkEye 360 is seeking a Maritime Analyst Trainer to join the Intelligence Engineering team.
As the MDA Analyst and Trainer, your main responsibilities will be:- Work with the Lead MDA Analyst and the Product Management team to develop MDA capabilities and workflows for the company, identify technical capabilities required and incorporate into the product and tech roadmaps.
- Produce high-quality, impactful, multi-INT vignettes to demonstrate credibility in the company’s expertise and showcase our data.
- Collaborate with MDA team and Product & Tech team to develop training material for users of our products.
- Deliver training to users and prospective customers of our products. Required travel time ~20%.
- Create and develop institutional/team knowledge about AOIs, targets, adversary TTPs, data sources, and reference material.
- Work with the Lead MDA Analyst to support Program Management on driving value for our core programs, develop plans, workflows, and approaches to target generation in specific AORs and for specific customers.
Essential education and experience:
- 2+ years demonstrated maritime domain expertise
- Willingness to travel at least 20%
- Excellent writing and communication skills including briefing and teaching
- Demonstrated knowledge of geospatial information, data analytics, data science, RF technologies, signals information, and/or other relevant technical understanding
- Strong organizational skills to manage research requirements and timelines
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Required proficiency in MS Office and desired proficiency with QGIS/ArcGIS
