HawkEye 360 is seeking a RF Mission Analyst to join an innovative team in a quickly growing startup. We need a talented individual to serve our domestic and international customers by performing mission-focused RF data analysis and fusion duties on a variety of programs. This hands-on role will support multiple customer organizations by applying our unique data to customer intelligence problems for demonstrations, contract deliverables, reports, and internal technical development. The RF Mission Analyst also supports development of new capabilities in response to current and anticipated future contract requirements by providing feedback to the Product, Engineering, and Mission Management teams.

As the RF Mission Analyst, your main responsibilities will be:

• Analyze raw and processed HawkEye and 3rd-party data to generate customer-facing vignettes, presentations, and reports
• Support all-source analysts as an RF Subject Matter Expert in efforts to fuse commercial and open-source data towards demonstrating multi-INT workflows
• Classify raw signals based on frequencies, modulation, characteristics, excursion, etc.
• Decompose multiple signals from raw collects
• Filter unwanted signals within an environment
• Identify signal masks when multiple signals exist in a similar area
• Effectively convey data or processing ambiguities to RF Engineers for action
• Provide internal training to HawkEye personnel on RF data analysis, and help develop training for customers external to the organization
• Prioritize across competing tasks from multiple different projects or programs, each with unique needs and deadlines
• Provide ad-hoc short-term embed support to domestic or international customers on a periodic basis

Your skills and qualifications:
Essential education and experience:

• 5+ years signals intelligence analysis experience
• Technical experience properly cataloging, characterizing, and associating signals to equipment
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; Masters is a plus (additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirements).
• Experience analyzing RF data from multiple sensors (airborne, space, terrestrial, etc.)
• Familiarity with signals analysis products and tools, such as; spectrograms, Sceptre, MIDAS, etc.
• Experience with SIGINT and/or ELINT concepts and the associated TCPED architecture.
• Familiarity with DOD and Intelligence signals and use cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Lots of initiative, and the ability to learn quickly and seek help when needed

Desirable:​​​​​​

• Service as a military or civilian intelligence analyst
• Experience with commercial RF datasets
• Experience with GIS tools and analysis
• Experience writing/generating finished intelligence products
• Experience working with International or US Government customers
• Experience analyzing signals, geospatial, open-source, or other types of quantitative and qualitative data
• RF analysis experience in an end-user/customer facing role

Security Clearance: 

• TS/SCI preferred
